I am settled in here at Jenny Lake. I just returned from a 20 mile hike around Jenny lake, and up through cascade canyon. I hurt everywhere. I just couldn't force myself to end it and turn around. As Sigurd Olsen says, I was drawn deeper in by the singing wilderness.
After Glacier National Park, I think this is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
